Why we built a local-first AI testing tool
When we built Agentiqa, we made a deliberate choice: testing runs on your machine. There's no code upload, and only the AI model calls leave your network. No cloud queues, no waiting, and the free Community Edition includes 20 free runs a month, in the cloud or locally (after that, move to the $39/month Pro plan).
That hasn't changed. The desktop app is still the powerhouse — localhost and browser extensions. If you're testing sensitive internal tools or pre-deploy builds, desktop is where it's at.
But we kept hearing the same thing from teams:

Credentials are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. The AI types your passwords by name, and their values never enter the model's context. Same security model, whether you're on desktop or web.
