This Privacy Policy explains how Agentiqa ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, desktop application, CLI tools, browser plugins, and cloud services (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect

Account Information — Email address, name (if provided), and authentication data when you create an account or sign in via third-party providers (e.g., Google, GitHub).

Usage Data — App interactions, feature usage, test execution metadata, diagnostics, and performance metrics.

Test Data — URLs, screenshots, and test results generated during test execution. Cloud: processed on our infrastructure and stored temporarily. Desktop: stored locally on your device.

Device Data — Device type, operating system, browser type, and basic configuration details.

Payment Information — Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Support Communications — Messages you send to us, including email and in-product support requests.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service

• Process test executions and deliver results

• Personalize features and content

• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support

• Process payments and manage subscriptions

Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR)

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — To provide and operate the Service as agreed.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — To improve the Service, ensure security, and prevent fraud.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — For analytics cookies and optional marketing communications.

Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

AI and Data Processing

Agentiqa uses artificial intelligence to execute tests on your behalf. During test execution:

• The AI agent interacts with the target application as instructed.

• Screenshots and interaction data are processed to generate test results.

• Credentials you provide are encrypted and used only during test execution. They are not sent to or stored by third-party AI model providers.

• We use third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to power our testing agents. Only test execution context (page structure and screenshots) is sent to these providers — never your credentials or source code.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers:

Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel, Google Cloud, E2B

Analytics: PostHog (primary), Vercel Analytics

Authentication: Google, GitHub (OAuth)

Payment processing: Stripe

AI model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google

Email: transactional email providers

All providers are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Essential Cookies — Authentication and session management. No consent required.

Analytics Cookies — PostHog and Vercel Analytics. Require consent.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

• Account data — retained while active, deleted upon request.

• Test data (cloud) — stored temporarily, then deleted.

• Test data (desktop) — stored locally, controlled by you.

• Analytics — retained in anonymized/aggregated form.

• Payment records — retained per tax/accounting regulations.
