Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
How do credits work?
Starter includes 10 runs every month. As you grow, you top up with prepaid credits that draw down as you run — so you only pay for what you use. One run = 25 agent steps. Runs under 25 steps count as one run.
What's the 1-month warm start?
Company plan engagements include a warm start: we set up and maintain your test suite with you for the first month, then move to regular support — a dedicated communication channel plus optional video calls for onboarding and troubleshooting.
Do I need my own API key?
No. Starter and Pro are fully managed — Starter includes 10 runs each month with credits to top up, and Pro runs in the cloud on our infrastructure, so there is no key to manage. Bringing your own model or API key is available on the Company plan.
